Brandy Allen:
Brandy is our newest member for The Water Quality Forum and is currently serving her second AmeriCorps term. Originally, from Garner, North Carolina, she received her Associate in Arts degree from Johnston Community College. Her plans include obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Studio Art. In her spare time, she likes to visit new restaurants, go to state parks and caves and learn drawing techniques. She has had an interest in water topics for a few years now. She is excited to serve this term because she believes this experience will allow her to grow professionally and enter a career related to water issues.
Ben Lands
Ben serves for Knox County Stormwater. Ben is from Alexandria, Virginia and graduated from James Madison University. He majored in ISAT (Integrated Science and Technology) with a double concentration in energy and environment. Ben’s hobbies are mountain biking, playing the guitar, and writing music.
Parker Philips
Parker also serves for Knox County Stormwater. Parker is from Scott County, TN and now lives in the Knoxville area. She is a graduate of Tennessee Tech, where she has a biology degree with an Environmental concentration. In her spare time, she likes movies, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
Kaden Uselton
Kaden serves at both Knox County Stormwater and the Soil & Water Conservation District. Kaden is from Knoxville, Tennessee and graduated from UTK with a B.S. in Environmental and Soil Sciences and two minors in Watershed and Sustainability. Kaden enjoys fencing, rock climbing, and any outdoor adventure.
