Program Coordinator – Water Quality Forum


Jayne Willard is originally from Pilot Mountain, North Carolina and graduated from UNC-CH with a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Biology, and Master's degree in Geography. A few of her favorite things are beavers, Taylor Swift, checking out local coffee shops, and watching Carolina sports.

Stormwater Technician – Knox County Stormwater Management

Aspen Bell is originally from Indiana but graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2021 with degrees in Biology and Astrophysics. This is her second year as a CAC AmeriCorps member serving in Knoxville. Aspen enjoys knitting, reading, hiking, and taking dance classes. 

Stormwater Technician – City of Oak Ridge Healthy Waters Program

Cash Winn was raised in Knoxville and graduated from UTK with a degree in Environmental and Soil Sciences. She is looking forward to learning more and taking part in conservation efforts to keep Tennessee beautiful.

Mya Moseley is originally from Johnson City, Tennessee and recently graduated from Tennessee Tech University with a degree in Environmental and Sustainability Studies. As an AmeriCorps member, she hopes to increase the public's knowledge about stormwater pollution to protect the earth. Mya is also a certified wildland firefighter!
